To ensure quality and accuracy during new product launches, orders placed within the first two weeks of a new collection release may require 5–10 business days for production and fulfillment.
Once the initial launch period has passed, most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Times
After your order has been fulfilled and shipped, transit times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, Blacktop Ranch Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout and for ensuring a secure delivery location.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

Because made-to-order items are produced exclusively for you, all sales are final.
