SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Fulfillment

At Blacktop Ranch Clothing, we are committed to delivering quality products while maintaining the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define our brand.

Order Processing

Orders are submitted for production shortly after checkout is completed and payment has been confirmed.

To ensure quality and accuracy during new product launches, orders placed within the first two weeks of a new collection release may require 5–10 business days for production and fulfillment.

Once the initial launch period has passed, most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times

After your order has been fulfilled and shipped, transit times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, Blacktop Ranch Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout and for ensuring a secure delivery location.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

• Checking with household members, neighbors, or property management 
• Looking around the delivery location 
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim 

While we are not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipment concerns when possible.

International Shipping

Blacktop Ranch Clothing proudly ships internationally.

International customers are responsible for reviewing applicable shipping rates, customs duties, taxes, and import fees prior to placing an order. Any duties or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Blacktop Ranch Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting us at support@blacktop-ranch.com.

While we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order Products

Some Blacktop Ranch products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because made-to-order items are produced exclusively for you, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected at checkout
• Buyer's remorse
• Preference changes
• General sizing concerns

We strongly encourage customers to review all sizing information before placing an order.

In-Stock Merchandise

Eligible in-stock merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance merchandise is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blacktop-ranch.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Upon approval, we will remake or replace the item and ship the replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved at Blacktop Ranch Clothing's sole discretion.

If an exchange is approved:

• The original item must be returned before a replacement is issued
• Return shipping and replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a product defect or fulfillment error
• Replacement items will be produced and shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected

Made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange unless the item is defective or an error occurred during fulfillment.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider.
3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.
